RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All products sold through this store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We only offer replacements or refunds if an item:
• Arrives damaged
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Is significantly different from the product ordered
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Colour variation due to screen differences
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following information in your email:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or postal services are outside of our control.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Because items enter production quickly after an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
