Thank you for shopping with ODD HAND CO. Each product in this store is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means items are printed and fulfilled after your order is placed.


Because of this, shipping times may be different from traditional retail stores.



ORDER PROCESSING


All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before it is shipped.


Production time typically takes 2–5 business days, though this may vary depending on product type, order volume, or seasonal demand.


Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.



SHIPPING TIMES


After production is complete, your order will be shipped. Estimated shipping times are provided by our fulfilment partner and may vary depending on destination.


Estimated delivery times:


United States

• Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days


International orders

• Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days, depending on location and customs processing


Please note these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.



MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS


Some products may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.


You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.



TRACKING


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.



CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES


For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your country.


These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.



DELAYS


While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to:


• High order volumes

• Postal service disruptions

• Weather events

• Customs processing

• Holiday periods


ODD HAND CO. is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.



INCORRECT ADDRESSES


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.


Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.



LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES


If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.


Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)


We will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
